Shipping & Returns
- Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to many countries across Europe. During checkout you can simply select your country. If your destination is not listed, please contact our customer service to discuss the options.
- How much are the shipping costs?
Within the Netherlands, shipping is free on orders over €75 (below that €5.95). For Belgium and Germany, shipping is free on orders over €90 (below that €7.95). Check our shipping page for a complete overview of shipping costs per country.
- What is the shipping time?
Order on weekdays before 3pm and your parcel will be dispatched the same day. Delivery takes place from Tuesday to Saturday.
- Can I return my order?
You can return your order within 14 days of delivery. For returns, we charge a fee of €5.95 (Netherlands) or €8.95 (Belgium and Germany), which will be deducted from your refund. Do you live in another country? Then the return shipping costs are your responsibility.
