How does placing a pre-order work?

  • Place your pre-order today: Pay the 30% non-refundable deposit to reserve your product. Pre-orders can only be placed via the website with a credit card. If this payment method is not possible for you, please contact customer service and we will find a solution together.
  • We’ll keep you updated: Receive updates through social media about the production process and the estimated delivery time.
  • Pay the remaining amount: Pay the remaining 70% of the total amount + shipping costs on the agreed date. This amount will be automatically charged to your credit card.
  • Enjoy your product! Your order will be shipped as soon as the final payment has been received.

Terms & Conditions

Before you place a pre-order, we ask you to consider the following. By making a pre-order, you agree to our terms and conditions:

  • All pre-orders are final purchases and cannot be returned. Please note that the 30% deposit is non-refundable unless we have to cancel the order due to unforeseen circumstances. This way, we ensure an accurate production schedule and reduce unnecessary waste together.
  • We only accept credit cards for pre-orders. Your 30% deposit will be charged on the date of the order, with the remaining amount automatically collected on the agreed date. Payment methods such as iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal, and Klarna are not available if your order includes pre-order items. If you are unable to pay with a credit card, please contact our customer service, and we will find a solution together.
  • Place pre-orders separately from in-stock items. If you combine them, your order will be shipped when the last pre-order item arrives at our warehouse. If you would like a partial shipment, please contact our customer service, and we are happy to ship what is in stock for a small shipping fee.
  • By placing a pre-order, you agree to the estimated delivery times listed on the product page. However, we do not have an estimated delivery date until the supplier ships our orders. Please keep in mind that these items are coming from abroad and any delays are beyond our control. Pre-orders cannot be canceled for any reason, unless the item is delivered after December 1, 2024.
  • You can request cancellation if your order has not been shipped before December 1, 2024, but not earlier. By agreeing to these pre-order terms and conditions at the time of purchase, you are agreeing to this timeframe.
  • We expect our suppliers to be able to deliver the quantities of items ordered, but if unforeseen circumstances occur and this is not the case, we will gladly credit your original method of payment.
  • Viv! Christmas is not responsible if you have not read the product dimensions. If you have any questions about the product itself before your pre-order, please contact us.
