Delivery Time & Shipping

Once we receive your order, we do everything we can to prepare your newest Christmas decorations for shipping as quickly as possible. If you place your order on weekdays before 3:00 PM, your package will be shipped the same day. Please note that we do not deliver on Sundays or Mondays.

For shipments within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, we work with DHL and PostNL as carriers. For other countries within Europe, we use DHL, PostNL, or DPD services. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking code via email, allowing you to follow the status of your shipment.

If you are not home at the time of delivery or miss the delivery attempt, the carrier may try to deliver your package to a neighbor (with the sender’s permission). If this is not possible, your package will be delivered to the nearest pickup location. Important: the carrier no longer leaves a card with a 'missed delivery code.' Instead, you can find this information in the carrier's Track & Trace, which will indicate where to pick up your package.

If your package is delivered to a pickup location, it will be held there for a week. After this period, the package will be returned to the sender.

Shipping costs

Free shipping for orders within the Netherlands on orders over €70.

Free shipping for orders within Belgium and Germany on orders over €80.

*Please note that for shipments outside the EU, we are not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply upon arrival.

Returns

Online Orders:

You have 14 days after your online order to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount.

Returns from the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany: Request a return by sending an email to info@vivchristmas.com. We will then send you a return label.

Unfortunately, returns place an additional burden on the environment. To maintain the product’s sustainability and keep our prices as low as possible for you as a customer, we charge a small return fee. For returns from the Netherlands, a contribution of €3.95 per return will be deducted, and for returns from Belgium and Germany, the fee is €5.95. This amount will be deducted from the refund.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product, including all delivered accessories, must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging. If the entire order is returned or the purchase amount falls below €90, the free Christmas ornament must also be returned.

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of receiving your return, provided the product has been received in good condition.

Returns from all other countries: If you wish to return a product, please submit a return request via email to info@vivchristmas.com. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product, including all delivered accessories, must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging.

If the entire order is returned or the purchase amount falls below €90, the free Christmas ornament must also be returned.

Please keep the shipping receipt carefully, as you are responsible for the package until we have received it. Once we have received the product in good condition, we will refund the order amount due within 14 days of receiving your return.

Uncollected Packages at a Pickup Point:

If a package is not collected from a pickup point and is automatically returned to us, it will be processed as a normal return. The return costs will be deducted from the refundable amount.

• For the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, the standard return costs are €3.95 and €5.95 per return shipment, respectively.
• For all other countries, the return costs will be equal to the original shipping costs.

Purchases in the Store in Dreumel:

For purchases made in our store in Dreumel, a return period of 14 days also applies. Return the product to the store in its original condition.

If the entire order is returned or the purchase amount falls below €90, the free Christmas ornament must also be returned.

Exception to Returns

We cannot accept returns for the following products:

• Products with a broken seal.
• Products custom-made at the customer’s request.
• Specially ordered items, such as products in non-standard sizes (e.g., XXL items) that fall outside our regular assortment.
• B-grade items.
• Products showing signs of use.
• Products returned without shipping box or insufficiently packaged, resulting in damage during return transport.

Responsibility

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they are properly packed in a sturdy outer box and cannot be damaged in transit! Preferably use the shipping box that came with your order. Always ask for a proof of shipment in case you need to contact us about it.
