How does placing a pre-order work?
- Reserve your favorite item: Place your pre-order today by paying a 30% non-refundable deposit. Orders placed through the website can only be completed using a credit card. Don’t have one? Feel free to contact our customer service team for an alternative payment option.
- Stay updated: We’ll share updates about the estimated delivery of your pre-order via our social media channels.
- Final payment: The remaining 70% + shipping costs will be charged automatically to your credit card on the date listed on the product page.
- Delivery: As soon as the products are ready to ship, you’ll receive a track & trace link via email. We’ll send your order as quickly as possible after the final payment.

Before placing a pre-order, we kindly ask you to read the information below carefully. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following terms:
- Final Sale
All pre-orders are considered final sales. The 30% deposit is non-refundable unless we are forced to cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. - Payment & Payment Methods
Pre-orders placed via our webshop require payment by credit card only. At checkout, a 30% non-refundable deposit will be charged immediately. The remaining 70% + shipping costs will be automatically collected on the date listed on the product page. Other payment methods (such as iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal, or Klarna) are not available for orders containing pre-order items. No credit card? Feel free to contact our customer service team for alternative options. - Combined Orders with In-Stock Items
If you order both pre-order and in-stock items together, your full order will be shipped once all pre-order items have arrived. Prefer to receive the available items sooner? We recommend placing two separate orders. Already combined everything in one order but need part of it earlier? Just reach out — we’re happy to arrange a partial shipment for a small additional shipping fee. - Delivery Times & Delays
Estimated delivery dates are listed per item on the product page. We do our very best to meet these timelines, but we depend on international suppliers and customs procedures. Please be aware that unexpected delays can occur that are beyond our control. Pre-orders can only be cancelled by the customer if the item has not been delivered by December 1, 2025. - Item Not Available? You’ll Receive a Full Refund
In rare cases, an item may be cancelled unexpectedly, for example due to production issues or damage during transport. Should this happen, we will issue a full refund (including your deposit) to your original payment method. - Check the Product Info
